The Ultimate Avocado Toast

Cream Cheese spread onto Well-Toasted Bread Topped with Sliced Avocadoes, and Boiled Egg is one of my favorite Quick Meals to make. It’s a simple healthy Protein-Packed Breakfast, Brunch or even Light Lunch!

This Ultimate Avocado Toast is full meal on its own that will keep you full and satisfied for hours!

Avocado Toast is simply the Simplest, Easiest, and Tastiest meals out there that you can make it in so many variations!

I Literally die for Avocado toast with egg!  It just adds more flavor and protein to my toast and keeps me full. This is my favorite Avocado Toast to serve as Lunch!

Ingredients for The Ultimate Avocado Toast:

Cream Cheese

To make this Avocado Toast Tastier, I spread some Light Cream Cheese onto well-toasted bread. It’s a total game changer for a classic Avocado toast!

You can also use Cottage Cheese or Feta Cheese instead of Cream Cheese.

Avocado

For making a perfect Avocado toast, you need to pick the perfect Avocado!

Pick a ripe, but not too ripe Avocado, and avoid using Avocados that are mushy inside for your toast! It won’t taste as fresh and delicious as it should! 

Personally, I love to mash Avocados for my toast because of its creamier texture and rich flavor! But I make exception for this recipe!

Since I’m spreading Cream cheese onto to the bread first, I top it with sliced Avocados instead of Mashed Avocados.

Boiled Egg

You can make this Ultimate Avocado Toast either with Fried, Scrambled, or Poached Egg.

I love to top my Avocado Toast with medium boiled egg!

Bread

For a Healthier Avocado Toast, I recommend choosing Whole Grain, Multigrain or Whole Wheat bread because they are lower in calories and carbs, and higher in nutrients and fiber.

How to Make the Ultimate Avocado Toast:

Start by Boiling the eggs. Cover the eggs with water in a small saucepan. Bring the water to boil, then reduce the heat to low and cook according to the desired done-ness. For a Medium Boiled Egg, boil it for 6 minutes. Then, Transfer eggs into an ice bath immediately after cooking before you peel them.

In a Toaster Toast your bread of choice to the perfection and spread about 2 tablespoons Light Cream cheese onto the bread.

Slice the avocadoes and top them over the toasted bread spread with cream cheese.

Lastly, top you Toast with Boiled egg and add a pinch of salt and Ground Black Pepper to taste. If desired, garnish with some sesame seeds, sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds.

Serve with Cherry Tomatoes, Arugula or mixed green salad and enjoy with a Cup of  Coffee!

  • 1 Avocado Sliced
  • 2 tbsp Light Cream Cheese or Cottage Cheese, Feta Cheese
