For a Healthier and Nutritious Breakfast Toast, I recommend choosing Whole Grain or Multigrain Bread because they are lower in calories and carbs, and higher in nutrition and fiber.

Healthy Toast Spreads

Light Cream Cheese is my number one choice when it comes to choosing a Healthy Toast Spread because Cream Cheese goes hand in hand with these delicious fruity toasts.

You can also spread some Cottage Cheese, Goat Cheese, Ricotta Cheese, Peanut Butter or Nut Butter instead of Cream Cheese.

Fruit Toppings

I absolutely LOVE Fruity Toasts for breakfast to get me more energized to start my day.

You can use any fruit of choice as toppings. I personally Love using Sliced Bananas, Strawberries, Kiwis and Grapes that pair perfectly with Cream Cheese.

Healthy Seeds

Seeds are great sources of Fiber. They also contain healthy monounsaturated fats, and many important vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.

When consumed as part of a healthy diet, seeds can help reduce blood sugar, cholesterol, and blood pressure.

Some of the Healthiest and Tastiest seeds are Flaxseeds, Chia Seeds, Hemp Seeds, Sesame Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds and Sunflower Seeds.

For a Tastier and Nutrition-dense Breakfast Toast, I highly recommend to choose 1 or 2 type of your favorite seeds to top your toast with!

I Absolutely love Flaxseeds with my fruity breakfast toasts, which are a are a great source of fiber and omega-3 fats.

How To Make Healthy Breakfast Toast 4 ways…

In a Toaster Toast your bread of choice to the perfection and spread about 2 tablespoons Light Cream cheese onto each slice of toast.

Thinly slice the Strawberries, Bananas and Kiwis to top your toasts with, alongside some Seedless Grapes of your choice.

Garnish each toast with about ½ Tablspoon Flax Seeds or any seeds of choice.

Lastly, Pair each toast with additional toppings of choice.

I love adding some peanut butter to my Banana Toast and garnish it with some toasted almond slices.

You can never go wrong with adding some coconut flakes to Cream cheese and Kiwi to boost up the flavor.

And for Cream cheese and Strawberry toast I add some Almond Slices with a drizzle of Honey.

  • 1 Slice Whole Grain Bread Toasted
  • 2 tbsp Light Cream Cheese
  • 2 Strawberries Thinly Sliced
  • 1/2 tbsp Almond Slices
  • 1/2 tbsp Flax Seeds
  • 1 tsp Honey

Cream Cheese and Kiwi Toast

  • 1 Slice Whole Grain Bread Toasted
  • 2 tbsp Light Cream Cheese
  • 1 Kiwi Thinly Sliced
  • 1/2 tbsp Coconut Flakes
  • 1/2 tbsp Flax Seeds

Cream Cheese and Grape Toast

  • 1 Slice Whole Grain Bread Toasted
  • 2 tbsp Light Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Grapes
  • 1/2 tbsp Flax Seeds
  • 1 tsp Honey Optional

Cream Cheese and Banana Toast

  • 1 Slice Whole Grain Bread Toasted
  • 2 tbsp Light Cream Cheese
  • 1 1/1  Small Bananas – Sliced in half or 1 large Banana
  • 1/2 tbsp Almond Slices
  • 1/2 tbsp Flax Seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp Tbsp Peanut Butter or Nut Butter

Instructions
 

  • In a Toaster Toast your bread of choice to the perfection and spread about 2 tablespoons Light Cream cheese onto each slice of toast.
  • Thinly slice the Strawberries, Bananas and Kiwis to top your toasts with alongside some Blueberries.
  • Garnish each toast with about ½ Tablespoon Flax Seeds or anyseeds of choice.
  • Lastly, Pair each toast with additional toppings of choice.
