What type of Pasta goes best with this creamy Avocado Sauce?
You can use any type of Pasta with this Creamy Avocado Sauce.
Normally, I use Linguine Pasta with this Particular Sauce.
Usually I use Whole Wheat Pasta for my Pasta Dishes, but Since this is a very light dish I don’t really mind not using Whole Wheat Pasta!
What Toppings go well with Creamy Avocado Pasta?
- Cherry Tomatoes + Mozzarella + Fresh Basil Leaves
- Parmesan Cheese
- Feta Cheese
- Mixed Olives
- Grilled Chicken
- And more Avocado…
How Long Does Creamy Avocado Pasta Last?
I strongly recommend serving Avocado Pasta immediately, as it is fresh.
But, if you need to store the leftovers for next day, you can definitely do that as well!
You can store Avocado Pasta in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
However, I don’t recommend storing it for a loner time, as your Avocado Pasta may change color, because Avocado will darken by then.
Can you Reheat Creamy Avocado Pasta?
I don’t recommend reheating Avocado Pasta because right after preparing the sauce, you need to toss it with Pasta and serve it immediately.
Reheating the Avocado Pasta may change its taste, which personally I don’t like it!
The wonderful fact about this Pasta is that it could be served cold!
So, the very next day if you like to eat the leftovers, just top it with some Avocado slices, Cherry Tomatoes or any other Topping of your choice and serve it as a “Pasta Salad”.
This Avocado Pasta is calling out your name if just like me you’re big time Avocado Lover!
